Patient Forms

Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our family.  We will request that you complete our patient forms located in the New Patient Center. This paperwork provides us with your health history so we can provide you with care tailored to your specific needs.

Consultation

Next, you will have a consultation with our staff to educate you on the seriousness of subluxations, and the importance of a healthy spine.  Your current health concerns, and past health history will also be discussed.  This initial visit is designed for you to learn more about the importance of the health of you spine, and for us to learn more about you and your health concerns.  

                        Examination

After your consultation, we will perform a complete chiropractic examination by using our state-of-the art thermoscan system.  Depending on your specific condition, we may take Spinal X-rays as well.  X-rays help us to develop the most effective treatment plan for you, and alert us of any serious spinal conditions that you may have.  Most people are amazed once they see their X-rays up close. In some cases, they can even identify their misalignments and degeneration themselves.

Report of Findings

Once the information is collected and examinations are performed, the doctors will give you a detailed report of all findings and answer any questions including:

1. How can you help me?
2. How often do I need to come in?
3. What will my treatment cost?

After reviewing your health history, thermoscan and X-rays, the doctors will discuss their recommendations for you, and if they are able to help you.  

Treatment

After the doctors have discussed their recommendations for you, you will receive your first chiropractic adjustment.  This adjustmetn will only be a partial, until your spine gets adapted to the treatment. The techniques used in our office are very gentle and safe, and are adaptable to your particular needs.  

Wellness

Prior to leaving, the staff of Healing Hands will  advise you on all of the wellness program opportunities available to you.  Healing Hands offers numerous opportunities to their patients as well as the community including:  Employee Wellness Programs, Health Awareness Seminars, Health-Dinner Talks, In-Office Health Workshops, Free Community Spinal Screenings, Church Talks, and so much more!
